Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews in Maryland

"Visited with my wife and daughter. Food was good, ordered the pretzel bites as sn appetizer and all three of us got burgers. The pretzels were hot, however the cheese had a skin on it that made the cheese look bad but once the skin was removed it tasted good. Burgers were great. Only other complaint was my wife asked for a refill on her soda and the server forgot it. But otherwise everything else was great. Will visit here again."

"My friends and I had a great dinner here! Our server, Ryan, was very friendly and gave us recommendations for dishes. He also answered my questions about allergy friendly menu items. We all agreed that he was one of the friendliest servers we have ever had. I especially recommend coming here if you eat gluten free, as there are many options available and efforts to avoid cross contamination are made. Burgers can be made on a gluten free bun and the fries are made in a dedicated fryer."

"Came into this location today on 1/28/26 in the afternoon. Our server was Ryan, who was Phenomenal!! First , he introduced himself with warmth and excitement to be serving us. It was my birthday and Ryan took great care of us the entire time. Professional, competent, experienced, patient and engaging was gladly welcomed for a change in the dining experience. Ryan because of your attention to detail and accuracy of our order, my birthday was over the top!! May other customers continue to appreciate what you have to offer as an amazing server!! "We have not eaten at this location in a long time, perhaps since before the pandemic. It seems very much the same, but in good shape. We dined on a Friday evening and the restaurant was not crowded, perhaps only half full. The food overall was good and came out so fast after we ordered it. I judge a lot of restaurants on their fish and chips and RR gets 4 stars, not bad, but not great. There was a lack of flavor in the fish, but there was a lot of it. The coleslaw was a little off for me. The fried pickles were tasty and the sauce was deliciously flavored. The kids mac & cheese was a hit, but the yukon chips were not."

"The service was good and good came out in a reasonable amount of time despite the restaurant being busy. Bren was my server and she was great. She answered every question, was very attentive, and had a hospitable demeanor. The food was fresh and tasty. The only issue I had was I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and got 2 tenders instead of a chicken breast. It was explained that sometimes they run out. I think it's important to make the customer aware before hand. I enjoyed the whiskey BBQ wings. Got a milkshake on my last visit and it was excellent."
